DB5 GOLDFINGER CONTINUATION IS THE CENTRE OF ATTENTION

Taking pride of place in the famous rotunda at the Royal Automobile Club in London last month was none other than our very own Aston Martin DB5 Goldfinger Continuation.

This modern recreation of the ‘most famous car in the world’ handcrafted here at Newport Pagnell, the place where all of its famous forebears were built 60 years ago, was invited to the RAC’s hallowed hall as part of the Aston Martin Heritage Trust’s annual Walter Hayes Memorial Lecture – this year given by Chris Corbould OBE, the renowned British special effects coordinator whose accomplishments include work on 15 James Bond films, beginning with The Spy Who Loved Me.

What better way, then, to support the AMHT’s exclusive event than with an appearance by the brand’s DB5 Goldfinger Continuation car, which was created in association with EON Productions and benefits from all manner of working gadgets painstakingly developed by Chris and his team.
